台風の影響によるNTT回線障害について

 

現在、台風の影響により、NTT回線設備の障害が発生しており、当施設の固定電話、インターネット回線、および館内Wi-Fiがご利用いただけない状況となっております。

 

なお、施設建物や設備に台風による被害はなく、通常通り営業しております。

 

現在、お電話でのお問い合わせが繋がらない状態となっておりますので、ご予約やお問い合わせにつきましては、各予約サイトのメッセージ機能、またはメールにてご連絡いただきますようお願いいたします。

 

また、ご滞在中のお客様におかれましては、館内Wi-Fiがご利用いただけませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

 

復旧時期につきましては、NTTの対応状況によるため未定ですが、復旧次第ホームページ等でお知らせいたします。

NTT Network Outage Due to Typhoon

 

Due to damage to NTT communication infrastructure caused by the recent typhoon, our telephone service, internet connection, and on-site Wi-Fi network are currently unavailable.

 

Please note that our facility has not been affected by the typhoon and we are operating as usual.

 

At this time, phone calls may not connect. For inquiries or reservation-related matters, please contact us via email or through the messaging function of your booking platform.

 

Guests staying at our property may also experience limited internet access as our facility Wi-Fi is currently unavailable.

 

The restoration schedule depends on NTT’s recovery work and is currently unknown. We will provide updates on our website as soon as service is restored.
